As a team member of Calvary I agree and comply with the following core values we have as a church and accept the following general responsibilities:
Core Values
- Knowing God
- We do this by spending time in the Word of God—the Bible. We read it, think about it, and study it. And we also get to know God through spending time in prayer, which we simply think of as communicating with God.
- Loving People
- It’s important to us to connect with people in relationships and serve people in humility; intentionally treating others as we want to be treated.
- Living Generously
- Living generously demands that we give of ourselves—our time, talent, and treasure—as God gives us opportunity. It also means we are committed to forgive others as God has forgiven us.
